Welcome to Dundee Photographic Society! We have been one of Scotland’s leading amateur photographic clubs for nearly 145 years . Our syllabus runs from September until April and includes a wide range of lectures and presentations by top photographers from all over the UK. In addition, we run workshops and competitions, participating in national and inter-club events where we have enjoyed a high degree of success.

For beginners, we offer free tuition classes, lots of encouragement and practical help. For more experienced photographers, there is the opportunity to meet like-minded people, to find new inspiration and to take your photography to the next level.

We also organise a number of exhibitions where members can exhibit their work.

We are always keen to welcome new members, so if you would like to become more involved with this fascinating hobby and to join a friendly and progressive society, we would be pleased to meet you. Just come along to any of our meetings and we will make you very welcome.
